回复：NC stucked

Read a couple of cases in this forum or mit that NC is cleared soon after filing MOM. Since your 485 was file early 2005 and you have done your home work, there is no reason to me that you can not file your case.

I filed 485 in May 2005, NC was sent to FBI the same month, still not cleared (called VSC).
