You can't apply for H1B at industry field ,unless you ever got a H1B quota before,so you also can't work over there due to same reason,if you applied when the
quota becoming avalible, if you work before your transfer is approved, you have to use EAD,you'd better
wait a little while ,until your transfer is approved.
