485 LUD for the last six work days!!! What does it mean?

My 485 got 6 LUDs for the last six work days (06/26~06/30 and 07/03). I understand the first 06/26 LUD is due to receipt of my 485 RFE (Asking for Medical Exam and my Employment letter (I am NIW! A bit confused here too)). The following is the content for the six LUDs


On June 26, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

It happened to both my and my wife's 485. Can anybody tell me what could it mean? (My approved NIW PD is NOT current yet (09/27/2005)).

BTW, I am in VSC!
