Ask help again: Name Check for Child

Recently I asked REF for our 485 case (NSC). We waiting it for a long time. My daughter was less than 14 years old when we applied 485. But now she is almost 16. So NSC ask we send her G-325A and we did it.

Now my question is:
1) Will FBI need to do my daughter's name check when they received the G-325A?
2) If yes, how long it will be take?
