I had the similar situation. I landed with my hu*****and. My maple card was received on time but not my hubby's. Later, he got a letter saying that his photo is not qualified and he needs to re-take it somewhere in Canada. We are still thinking how to do that.
I am not saying that it is what happened to your case. Yours might just be delayed as said by someone else here. I just want to let you know one possibility.
