大致情况是这样的，来美2个月了，J2，目前EAD工卡已经拿到，ssn正在申请，2周后会下来。现在准备联系博士后，想直接问老板要H1签证，（1）不知道这样可行否？（2）如果可行，需要到第三国签证吗？（3）如果不需要到第三国签证，需要准备哪些材料，找何人（机构）办理，时间大概多长，花费多少？问题比较多，也很幼稚，别见笑。请大家多帮忙。万分感谢
