被name check 已经4个多月了，怎么办阿，

入籍被name check 已经4个多月了，怎么办阿，
面试开始之前那个人就给我说我被name check了，面试完了，给了一个N-652 Naturalization Interview Result 说是pending for name check.在form 的最下面有几排小字说根据336 of the Immigrantion and Nationality Act , you have the right to request a hearing before an immigration officer if your application is denied or before the US district court if USCIS has not made a determination on your application within 120 days of date of your examination.
现在有点不明白，是不是可以去告INS阿 ，不过又听小白兔等专家说告也没有用，因为name check 是FBI的事，不知道现在怎么办阿。
