To sdfsdfsdff and other

Thank you so much for replying my question regarding to J-1 waiver! I thought I would need a J-1 waiver for sure too if I had ever had a J-1 visa.
However, the J-1 visa I had before was for high school exchange students, and I was just 18 when I came to the US. Does this mean that I DO NOT need a waiver? Is there any official documents or web sites that I can use to get more information on this?
I am really worried about it, don't want this have any effect on my GC applying. Could you please answer my question ASAP, thanks a lot!!
