LUD is today 6/28/06, since FP LUD on 10/28/05, no update.
Also my wife got the same e-mail notice today. It seems NSC processes the dependent case at the same time. The contacting with senator or congressman may help since the PD is current. The artice is on top of this forum from "gluck". Thanks him/her a lot!
