国家利益豁免--还是不懂呀.谢谢

我马上要博士毕业了.只有再读博士后一条路--这还是我导师帮我,因为他需要我的文章;但也只会有2年.我想申请国家利益豁免来办理绿卡,可我到现在没一篇文章, 因为我们这行发文章太难了,现在正在写2篇文章.可至少2年后才有可能发表.只有在中国的10年工作经验.请过来人建议一下,整个过程2年够吗? 成功机会如何?万一失败,我该怎么办?我妻子还在读硕士.谢谢大家的建议.
