I was H1b, using EAD from this Feb.with I-485 pending (followed my hu*****and)
Please advise how to fill in:

1. I am in the US as
d. Other ____________ (Specify)

2. First or last time for ____ port and ____ date of entry into U.S.?

2. If not a permanent resident, my stay in the US expires on: ___________(Date)
