what happen next after 45 day letter

Hi, everyone,

Immigration lawyer received 45 day letter regarding my case. He has replied telling them the case will continue.

I wonder what will happen next. Will my manager actually get lots of resumes or lawyer will handle them? I am filing for traditional labor. How long usually does it take to next step?
