485 RFE birth certificate help

I just got 485 RFE for birth certificate as following, I don't have a birth certificate, what kind of documents should I submit in this case, could you share your experience? Many thanks!

"Submit birth certificate . The Birth certificate must be issued by appropriate civil authority showing timely registration, date & place of borth and parents name"
