I-485 pending 看过来!!!

I filed two I-140(EB1-b OR and EB2 NIW) on the same day in March 2005, and filed I-485 in April 2005. My NIW approved in Jun. 2005 and OR approved in Sep. 2005, I had my FP in Jun. 2005.
As all of you guys know my PD for OR is current now but not for my NIW and CIS 485 processing date showed my 485 had passed more than 2 months.
So I called CIS(800-375-5283) twice about my 485, the first time, I got nothing from a lady, one month later(today) I called the second time, a lady asked me a lot, like date of birth, mailing address, date I filed my 485 and service center I filed ... and finally told me in 30 days,I will get a mail which will tell me what is going on with my 485 , and she also gave me a service request #like S1G1278752541 VSC.
The lady was so nice and told me if I cannot get the letter in 30 day, let me call CIS again.
Do you guys have any same experience?
