ask for wojian,dan712

My I-140 got approved last year and is employer sponsered, currently I-485 is pending. Now I am afraid I might got layed off before my I-485 can be approved. Is there any chance I can submit another self-sponsored I-140 application, such as NIW or EB-1A at the same time waiting for my 485? Will it have any negative effect on my current 485?
