EB based I-485 for no income relatives, 需要I-134表吗？

有很多人说需要。但是485表里并没有提及。如果需要，真的一定要Statement from an officer of the bank? 银行的信件行不行啊？

另外employment letter一定要说是temporary or permanent position吗？
