Name Check again

FYI

Just found out that my name check was submitted to FBI by TSC on 10/27/2004, (about 15 days after my I485 receipt date) and it is still pending as of now. The TSC lady told me that at this stage we cannot do anything but wait, and hopefully my name is not in the LIST. BTW, I did my FP on 08/07/2005. So the FP is indeed a separated process.

I guess i have to wait here indefintely ......
