I-140 approval 收据

从网上查到我的I-140 appoval收据是June 9 寄出的,现在都20号了, 还没收到. 正常吗? 一般都是几天能收到啊? 普通邮寄最多4, 5 天也该收到了, 会不会寄丢了, 挺着急的.
