Xiaobaitu, radiology and others, please help, please.

Hi, everybody. I submitted my 485 before got married. Now my priority date is coming, I'm preparing my wife's 485. I have a few questions on filing this 485, hope anybody can give me kind suggestions.

1. Where to file my wife's 485? I filed mine at TSC, I'm not quite sure if I should file hers at TSC too.

2.Application type, my case is NIW. I guess I need select "B-my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivatives status for spouses and children" for my wife, right?

3. "Were you inspected by a US Immigration Officier?" Not quite understand what does this mean.

4."Is your hu*****and (me) applying with you (my wife)"? Because my case is not approved yet, should it be considered to be applying together?
