Xiaobaitu, my2cents, radiology: please help my 485 question

I filed my 140NIW-DIY to VSC and later transfered to TSC, I received my approval notice from TSC, should I file my 485 to TSC as well (whenever my priority date reaches visa bulletin date)? Thanks a lot.
