(1) to establish that the self-petitioner seeks employment in an area of substantial intrinsic benefit.

(2) to establish how the benefit of the self-petitioner’s work is of national importance. What effect would the proposed employment of the individual alien have on the United States as a whole?

我的理解是，第一个问题是关于我的研究领域的重要性，第二个问题是我对本领域的重要性，请问我的理解对吗？
