485 RFE! Please help!

Both me and my wife got 485 RFE letters in the mail. My wife's RFE askes for medical exam record and mine wants both the medical exam record and a letter with current employer letter head stating my initial hiring date, duties, remuneration and prospect of continuous employment.

I have two questions and help you folks can help me

1. Will the employment letter (offer letter) from the employer serve the purpose of the letter stating my initial hiring date, duties, remunerationa and prospect of continuous employment? On the letter, it does state the four afore-mentioned informaton.

2. The letter says that my employment could be up to three years. I am working for the first year (The second year start 09/01/2006). Will this be a problem? I am NIW at VSC

3. My 140 has been approved. My PD is 09/27/2005. Should I wait for July bulletin come out and bet that my PD will be current or should I submit the RFE materials right now?
