但我们这么多stuck在name check上的人做的research和事实早已经证明您的看法不是事实。

我们基本上都是找的congress or senator去USCIS and/or FBI query 我们的name check status的。得到的答复基本上都是

name check requested is made at mm/dd/yy to FBI, it's still in process, and don't know how long it will take.


ALL the dates we got are within 2-3 weeks after 485 RD.

NONE of these peoples did FP yet on the dates name check request were made.
