letters to you, BICS and your university simultaneously until one month after they put the date on their website. So you and BICS will get letters at the same time. The BICS may send out the receipt notice after ten days,telling you waiting for another 45-60 days for final decision. However, I got my approval notice about 10 days after I got the receipt notice.
