XIAOBAITU, WHEN I CAN RECEIVE THE EAD??

Finally I can send my I-130,485,765 together to Chicago today. Hopefully it won't be a long long wait from now. So will happen next? Is it possible to receive the EAD first before the 485 is approved? my current status is H1-B, so what kind of status I will be before I get the GC? Thanks so much!
