My current EAD depends on my NIW 140 and 485 which have not been aproved.

My EB1A 140 just was approved, so I want to submit another 485 with the one EAD application using approved 140. Even the NIW 140 is denied, I can use EAD based on EA1A to work.

Do you think it's OK? Thanks.
