XIAOBAITU,Radiology,Experts,please help! Emergency!!!

I am going back to China for vacation at the end of this month. My 140 has approved and 485 is pending. I didn't apply AP because I have a multiple-entry visa. My immgration lawyer told me there won't be a problem for me to use my visa to re-enter US. But my company's lawyer told me this morning that my pending 485 will be canceled when I return to US using this visa. And I have to reapply 485. Who is right? There is no time left to apply AP now. Please help!
