xiaobaitu, 各位大侠请帮忙!!!!(在线等)

今年是H1的第五年,到明年9月H1到期.现在03年初递的EB2在Philadelphia毫无音讯.目前公司并不是太稳定,不知道什么时候会不行.要办PERM的话也有风险,因为首先是priority date 会没掉,而且费城的案件会被cancel掉,因为现在不能同时有两个案件.万一公司在半年后说不行了,那我是不是就来不及申请1年的延期了?

实在是很着急.敬请给点意见!
