Is it normal?

I submitted OPT application form in early December and the money has been drawn in December 11. However, I hav not received any receipt until now.I heard it should not be long time to receive it. Is it normal? Does anybody have the same situation? What should I do? Wait or Write a letter to BCIs? By the way, I use my friend's address as mailing address since i need to move before i get EAD. Thanks.
