My case: EB1 CSC center; 140 and 485 filed in Oct. 2004; 140 approved in Jan. 2005; PF Feb. 2005; no online update since then; call INS five times and everytime got a letter asking to waiting for another 180 days. 485 is still pending and no "name check" notice. Is my case normal? What should I do? This is the fisrt time I use this forum. Some warmhearted people please help me with advice! Thanks in advance.
