Same situation here. My I-140 EB1 approved from TSC. But I have another I-140 EB1 still waiting NSC to process. My two cases transferred from VSC to NSC and TSC. TSC approved my I-140 now. I really do think it is a good idea to submit my I-485 to NSC too. We need someone who really understand the issue to give us a hand.
