Well, the 2 year period has been abolished. There is however still the requirement to have the 'intent' to work permanently for a sponsoring employer in the EB categories. Prior case law has shown that 30-90 days are considered 'permanent' in the goverments eyes. There have been contentious threads on this board where people try to deny this, but that is just what the prior decisions have been.
