请教小白兔及各位专家：

(1) I-140 approved on Oct 07, 2005, but still have not yet received notice letter, what's the problem?

(2) filed Eb1 (only I-140) and NIW (I-140 and I-485 together) in the same time, now only I-140 for Eb1 was approved, so should I file another I-485? when is it the time to file it?
