What Documents needed for company-baseded H1 application

My NIW 140 & 485 were filed last September. I have used Advance Parole once and am currently using EAD to work (in H4). Could someone kindly tell me, if I would like to change to company-based H1, what documents should I prepare for H-1 application? Thanks!
