My 140 was approved. My background and Questions

My case was approved today.

EB1 -EA
RD: 03/25/06, VSC
Transferred to TSC
LUD: 5/20/06
PD: 6/14/06

12 Papers (all English),
20+ citations
7 references (2 editors-in-chief, 1 association president)
3 Memberships
Grants from NASA and DOD.

My questions:
1. I also filed my NIW 140 and 485 last Sept. I got my EAD and AP based on that submitted 485. Could I file a new 485 based on this approved EB1-EA 140? Do I still need to apply for new EAD and AP for this 485? Could I have 2 EADs?

2. Which service center should I submit the new 485 based on the approved EB1-EA 140? To TSC?

3. I am going to change job. Which is better, using H1 transfer or EAD?

4. I want to go back to China during job change. Could I use AP to come back and use EAD to work for the new job? Any possible trouble?
