It is unfair to delay 140 of last Sep.by transfer!!!!!

USCIS transferred these cases in 2006 Mar. and May then sent a notice with new receiving date. They can not delay these applications but process those applications since 2006 Jan. Our receipt date is not 2006 Mar.or May. No one can change our receipt date by transfer!!!!
