不用太着急

先找工作。

找着工作后，可以transfer.当然越快越好，但不要超过180天。要保留好现在H1 approval notice的原件，transfer H1是要用。我曾经就是这样的,没问题。

按照新的AC21准则，140可以port,但条件是现在的雇主不withdraw.但也好也坏，因为若用这个140，到485时，如果现在这个公司倒闭了，485会被deny，不管你将来的公司是否好.
