AP是跟485的。而485又是based on 140 approval.

如140被据那485也会被据，AP就无效了。但你的H1还是有效(只要不换雇主)，你可以继续延H1。如140要求补材料，一般会给3个月时间准备材料。建议你回去探亲的时间不要太长。
