1. Don't worry too much. When you get it in mail, just follow the requests on the list to send more documents. Usually you attorney should walk throug the items on the list.

2. Not sure there are any relationship betweem RFE and name checking. Check your attorney.

My suggestion is: don't worry anything that you can't control, just relax and wait...
