Help! about ORIGINAL police certificate from PR China.

The Canadian Immigration officer ask me to submit
ORIGINAL police certificate from PR China. As far as
I know, there's no such kind ORIGINAL police certificate in China, and I only have notarized copies. Is there any
person encounter this kind requirements. Please share some
experiences, thanks a lot!
