因为不知道你一开始都递交了什么，也不了解你的领域，所以只能说以下：
you can resubmit the recommendation letters & evidences,if no conflict with your current pending I-140.
Otherwise,I don't think the officer will trust you,is so,you'd better file a new I-140 again.
