485 questions, xiaobaitu, please help

We filed 485 last year. 140 has been approved.
My wife is dependent. She called CIS about 485 status. CIS said that the her case is currently under review, and a decision will be made within 60 days.
Does it mean that her name check is cleared? And she can get GC within 60 days?

In addition, I have not called yet. When CIS processes her case, will they process my case first since I am the primary applicant?
