please evaluate-NIW---DIY

Dear Everybody,

I want DIY by NIW, but have no confidence now, please evaluate my background.

Biomedical postdoc in a field really beneficial to American health care, 12 papers (4 first authur, but 3 in Chinese journals), 19 citations (but half in Chinese source), 1 international Fellowship.

Any comments will be appreciated.
