那位有申请H4签证的经验？

我是加拿大移民拿H1在美工作，欲给老婆申请H4。请教有经验的哥们：

1。整备那些资料？
2。当天可以拿到吗？

我查了半天多伦多的美令官网站，没有看到申请H4的步骤与准备的材料呀？
