AP(回美证)紧急求助

因家事要回国。回美证11月递到Taxas center,还没信儿。准备去local office,发现North Carolina 的Charlotte office 没有这个service.

请问，北卡附近哪有这个service的local office. 有办过的能说说要带什么材料,过程如何吗?
