Documents needed for H1B tranfers?

I was holding F1, then worked on OPT, and then has been working on H1B for 1.5 years. Now I need to transfer my H1B. Do I need to provide my expired EAD and I-20 forms as well as the degrees (Chinese or English?) I got in China? I didn't provide those degrees for my original H1B application, which got approved very quickly.
The company who filed my original H1B and the company on my recent pay stubs are different. They are just different legal entities of the company I am working for. Has anyone had this experience? Thanks a lot!
