Can I get my AP during H1B transferring? help.

My H1B is still in the process of transferring from my former employer to my current employer, it may take another one month to get my new H1B document. and, my 485 is under pending over 2 years. So, in my case, can I get the approval of travel document? or my AP will be approved until my new H1B is granded? thanks a lot.
