急问,我现在是否合法?

急问,我现在是否合法?
我原是H1B, 现quit job,因种种原因H4没来得及申请,去年我LG申请NIW, 现在我们是140 approved, 485 pending,我是否可以合法呆在美国? 是否可以再申请H4,如过一段时间后我想上班,是否可以申请H1B?
