is that normal? please help

My I-485 was filed on 5/18/06, but until now my lawyer has not recieved mail notice from CIS. I called CIS today and they told me they could not find my name in their system. I called my lawyer and he told me that my case delivery was confirmed by FedEX! What should I do? Thanks,
