I and my hu*****and are I485 pending with the approval of I-140 and our PD is current. We plan to go back China in Sept, so we think we better apply AP right now. I'm H-1 holder, and my hu*****and has H-4 and he is using EAD to work, my question is what kind of material my hu*****and should provide, EAD, H-4 or both.Thank you very much.
